Have slow transit and health anxiety is going mental. any thoughts?

Hi All, sorry bit of a long thread so Ill shorten it as much as I can

41/M

Had bowel issues all my life, in 2016 I had all the tests, sitz marker, pelvic floor tests and colonoscopy. Colonscopy was clean, other tests showed I have slow transit and anismus.

I was given proculopride and it worked on first day but made me feel like death rolled over. Since, I've been going once a week which is fine for me. I don't feel ill or not, been using enemas/sodium picosulfate, rotated. picosulfate will stop working so switch to enemas, then rinse and repeat

Lately ive been under a bit of stress so my health anxiety is spiraling. I did an enema like 6 days ago, and a decent amount came out but now I can't shake the feeling I have a fecal impaction. Usually I would do an enema or take picosulfate, but cant shake the feeling that my bowel will get perforated.

I know this sounds crazy but ive been doom scrolling reddit threads, and see a lot of people say dont take enemas or stimulants if your blocked up so now im confused and kinda worried.

I dont have any pain, Im still passing gas. I just feel a bit blocked up. Theres nothing in my rectum it seems, so just all in my sigmoid colon. any ideas what I should do?

I have movicol/sodium picosulfate/dulcolax/senna/proculopride and enema, just worried to take anything at the moment. health anxiety is horrible :(
