With CRTs coming up, my utilization has been hovering around 65%. I’m not on a full-time project, but I’m being pulled in multiple directions just to maintain that level.

For snapshots, 65% of my work is marked as “meeting expectations” and 35% as “impressive”.

That said, I’m wondering—should I start applying for other jobs, or am I overthinking it?

**target is I think 88% this year 😬 but I could have worn in our all hands meeting they said most people are around 72% so confused***
