First photo is the current first floor (Apt 1), which will become the main living area (kitchen, dining, living room). Second photo is the proposed new floor plan. The upper unit is being converted to purely bedrooms and bathrooms.
Main things I’m trying to figure out:
•Does the flow between the first floor living spaces make sense?
•Would you change anything about the room placement or layout?
Still early enough to make changes; open to honest takes.
The home is 38’ by 22’. The first photo has the dimension. I do not care about window locations on the right or back side of the home. The windows in the left side will stay where they are but are not in the photos. The yellow highlighted portion down the middle indicated it is a load bearing wall.
