I'm a self-taught French speaker, at a strong B1 (B2 quand tout va bien) and I'd love to connect and practice with other francophones in town - either native speakers or other learners like me. I'm specifically asking if there are meetups because I remember when I first started learning I was at a park with my son and a bunch of French speakers just showed up lol, wasn't sure if they were tourists or part of a local group but this was years ago and I absolutely could not chime in back then, but maybe I can now!
