Moved from Southern California to Washington, can't get site to work
I'm a Kaiser member in Southern California through my family's plan and recently moved to Washington state. I added Washington as a region of care on the site, but the site either logs me out or shows a generic error when I select it. I called member services and they gave me a "visiting member ID", which I can't find much documentation for what that actually is compared to a MRN. The site unfortunately does not work still. Would I have to get a new plan altogether since I moved states in a permanent manner, or is there something I can do/tell member services to get it working?
