Nexplanon vs. Kyleena IUD: Anxiety/Stress and Feelings of Depression. Which one is better/worse?

I had Nexplanon for about two years. I can admit that I am a bit of a worrier/stressed person overall so I didn't think Nexplanon impacted me so much until I realized that I am not as confident and motivated as before. I just started losing my spark, excitement and joy in things. Even though those feelings would return at times, it was way harder to achieve them.

I also gained around 10kg within a year so that was also another reason which led me to switch to Kyleena IUD. According to a bunch of doctors I have seen (because where I live a personal doctor is not really a thing), hormonal IUD has the least amount of hormones and should not affect me that much. But here I am three days after (a very painful) insertion wondering if I made the right choice because I am sadder than before xD I assume it is the shock from the change between the two, but according to your experiences which method has caused you less/more stress, anxiety and depression?

Just got an IUD. Still getting cramps and feeling weird. When will things start feeling "normal" again? Tips & experiences pls

I had Kyleena inserted about three days ago. I had a very emotionally tough day before my appointment which made the insertion quite the unpleasant experience in comparison to what I expected. I had taken both ibuprofen and paracetamol before the procedure and the doctor put some numbing spray in the area as well but I felt everything and kept having very intense cramps for the rest of my doctors visit (removed Nexplanon too) and throughout the rest of the day. The next day the cramps were somewhat better but gotten worse at times. Of course they were way more manageable than day 1. On day 3 today, I still keep having the random intense cramp (without any painkillers) and I wonder, will the cramps ever end?

My body still feels awkward, weird and somewhat violated in a way that I didn't feel with Nexplanon and of course I have no mood for sex or anything of the kind. How long did it take you to go back to your regular sex routines? And do you have any tips for me or things to be careful of in the beginning as more experienced IUD users?

I am also wondering about things like will orgasming feel different/painful? Will intercourse/fingering feel weird and will it get better?
