Extremely toxic manager
So i joined top 5 bank in canada as an advisor, I just finished my training so probably still in probation and my manager is extremely rude, disrespectful and toxic. He would call me in his office for any mistake if I make, I have made two yet which I believe is normal since I’m still learning and he gives me a lecture so badly like he pays me from his pocket.
He has told everyone to not make any mistake. He doesn’t like if anyone leaves on time, wants everyone to stay extra, get all hissy pissy if someone takes a sick day and wants us to take only half an hour lunch.
Branch has terrible employee turnover, everyone leaves after one year, everyone is fed up with the guy and he doesn’t even talk to us like humans. Even the assistant manager is fed up with his BS. I dont know what to do, it is very stressing and I find it hard to work in such a negative environment.
