Current 3L. There’s a district court case that is basically about the issue I wrote about it in my student comment, which is being published next month.

I’ve been following the docket and I think the judge will be deciding on the MTD shortly after my comment comes out.

Can I send it to the judge after it gets published or is that like some form of impermissible interference with the case?
