Is this kids? (+need help finding iraq jerseys for my friend)

Hey guys im currently on the lookout for iraq jerseys for my friend, and came across this one. Was wondering if this is a mens Large or kids Large? The 4/5 is throwing me off. Also if anyone can point me towards an iraq jersey from any year please let me know. Mostly looking for L-XXL. but if older any size is fine
