I just started my medication like a week ago . I’m on 18mg of addefine or something like that . I can’t daydream … like I usually come up with scenarios in my head while in the car or before sleeping . Or just when I want to imagine stuff while bored and I realised I can’t … I just can’t get into it , I can only think about the stuff infront of me . Is this normal ? Is this a good thing ? I used to have a very vivid imagination. I guess I used to depend on daydreaming to escape from my actual life and the responsibilities and tasks I had stacking up
