Hi fellas! So long story short, my British friend bought something here in the Philippines but eventually needed to refund it. The seller agreed for a refund and said they will issue a check on her name. Now, what's her best option to deal with the check? Like can she encash it at a local bank? Thank you in advance. Peace.
