I’m 55 and having my Botox in a week. My dad passed and I am needing to fly to his memorial in 3 weeks. I’m not normally an anxious person by any means. But, being on a plane and being in a memorial service, both where I might not be able to control my body has me over the top anxious. Not to mention being around all my family where I’m dealing with the slow swallow/eating issues. Honestly the worst timing. Any tips? This Rcpd has totally messed up my digestive system and I’m only able to eat 1 meal a day and in so much discomfort, so I’ve been looking forward to this procedure.
