Apparently there is quite a difference between character dash speeds.

Skill cooldown reduction is OP for most onfield characters.

The majority of them gets great benefit from being able to use their special skill more frequently. Including and especially the most recent unit.

Just give your onfielder be it a destroyer or an onfield assassin(Esther)/fighter three monsterlings with purple or gold skill cooldown reduction trait and you'll notice an instant improvement.
