I Personally think this is a disgrace. Max Domain limit has been reduced by 11 (-10, presumably for Eastern Roman Emperors, since the crown now has requirements to be used). While the core premise of rebalancing Domain limit away from stewardship is good Imo, they definitely overdid it to a point where Domain limit is now a scarce resource. I think they should add back at least 5-6 of the lost Domain Limit to other sources like for example making a Tier 5 Education worth 5 Domain limit or returning Domain limit to one early and high Medieval Innovation each, what do you think ?
