Please help me understand the sizing

Hiya!

Im about to make my first order, and am looking mainly at tops. Like the Marcello tank.

Im usually always a Danish 36 (a french 38), but I feel like the measurements are off. I have no boobs, so tops I usually get as S or XS, but for Sezane, a small is the same as french 36.
Should I size up? A fitted tank top looks so lame when its baggy IMO.

I have measured, but take Reformation for example. According to some of their measurements I could order a size 6 or 8, but everything I have tried on or bought from them is 4 or S/XS.

Please help! Thank you xx

Hei,

Takk!

Hiya!

I recently raced my first half, and I am due for my first full marathon in the beginning of September.

My split for the half, due to little time, was 1 easy run (8km), 1 interval session (4x6min, 6x1000m, 5x5min) and one long (15-19km).
Now I need to revise my plan, and was looking for some insight. I have very limited time and work odd hours a lot, which makes it even harder. How does this look?:

Monday: 10km easy

Tuesday: 7-10km easy or 5-10km tempo

Wednesday: upper body

Thursday: Intervals (6x1000m, 5x5min, 4x6min, 10x2min etc)

Friday: lower body

Saturday: Long run (20km this or next week, then increase with 1-2kms each week. Hope to reach 35, but at least 30 in training)

Sunday: rest

This is honestly the most my body can do and I was hoping to hear if that will be enough. It should be noted that the marathon is the Marathon du Medoc aka the wine marathon. I don't have ambition for time, just to be in shape to not worry too much about the milage, just the drinking. Haha.

Thanks xx

Hi,

Genuinely curious to what peoples experiences with run clubs are. Im Norwegian, and Id say im pretty average when it comes to speed. I thought of joining a run club, but it seems as if there are only two options:

- Super serious clubs with only fast runners

- Yap clubs which are used to make friends/find dates that rarely run more than 5K and always at a slow pace

The in between doesnt exist and I guess you all gotta be my run club for now!

Whats it like where you live? The same or different? Interested to know!:)

Hi!

I am planning on traveling from Bordeaux to Rome in September. I only need a one way ticket, and the only ticket that fits well is from Volotea. I am Norwegian, and have no experience with them.

I am planning to pre-pay for a 25kg suitcase and for seats, so there will be no surprises. Anyone have experience with this company when paying for add-ons like these? I am aware of the megavolotea or whatever the subscription is called, and have chosen the regular tickets.

My usual go-to's are the scandi companies, but I have traveled with some of the more expensive. I don't have too much experience with the low cost, but the little I have (Ryanair) was without any hazzle. Will it be similar you think?

Thank you!
