First 5 Miles
I haven’t run at all for several months and decided to get out and run 5 miles today. Not the fastest time, but I don’t really care. Just happy to have done it. I’m just starting to get back into running so the most I ever ran in a week (since high school) was probably 3 miles.
It felt like I hit a wall after about 2-3 miles but was able to catch a second wind after that. Any advice on how to push through this?
