Hey everyone

I need some advice for my Basset Hound who has two daily walks but still pees inside where he shouldn't

The weirdest part is that he clearly knows it is wrong because he goes and hides immediately after the accident before I even find it

I try to keep a routine but it is like he chooses the floor over waiting for his walk

Has anyone dealt with this stubbornness before and should I change my cleaning routine or add a third walk

Any tips on high-value rewards or training for this specific breed would be amazing thanks
