No other volumes does this and it isnt really covering one arc either

I have been growing our my hair for about a year, im wondering if i should cut it short or just get a new style. I have really dense and ok healthy hair. I dont use any products now but if i use any curly shampoo my hair usually gets curls. I want to hear your opinions!
