Waffle paper

This C258 is making these types of ridges, changed the fusing unit, but it did nothing. Before this, the HDD was replaced, checked the machine type, it was on the correct one. What do, help

C458 skews prints

This C458 cant print 250-300gsm paper straight. With regular paper it isnt an issue. It kinda squishes one corner, and leaves a noticable gap at the edge.

Changed the registration roller, but no luck
