Hi guys! please help me found a new build!!!

I have 150 D (but i could get easily 700 more) and a fishy character. I want to try a new build with this requirements:

Around a Mirror or less for start.

Can use Slitherpinch in gloves (to farm Angler´s plait)

Not rf, but neither sloppy things like switching weapons or shannenigans.

Fast, fast mapper.

No glasscannon. Tanky.

Bonus points if I can use this build as preparation/learning to prepare for something similar in ssf next league.
