We make meals for the elderly and have them delivered to their door, or to various retirement homes to be served in their cafeteria.

It’s all pots, food pans, sheet pans, kitchen utensils, not dishes or silverware. The pans rotate back from the retirement homes so there is really no estimation on total items.

I know we have 300+ sheet pans on hand at the end of today’s shift. Lol.

Food for roughly 500 mouths.
