I started applying for new role last January 20, 2026. Experienced multiple rejections and ghosting. Then this company (In4) said I got shortlisted, days after the interview that lasts almost 2 hours, this really excites me since napakagandang company for my 2nd job, but after a month of waiting, sending multiple follow ups, still ghosted. Nakakapanlumo na no replies. Everyday, I always checked my email, even LinkedIn since I tried to contact the recruiter about the status of my application. But no response.
Then this opportunity came. Finished the interview without any problems since the questions is mostly a culture-fit question. I didn't asked for any salary bump, yet, the recruiter said they did ask for it. From 18k montly salary to 7 digits yearly!
When I got accepted, I realized Lord has a better plan for me nung hindi na ko nireplyan ng previous company, ito pala ang ibibigay ni Lord sakin🙏
