im about 3.5 weeks post op and this morning when i went to the bathroom there was a slightly concerning amount of blood. i know its normal to have bleeding again around 2/3 weeks out because of stitches dissolving, but i already had that like a week ago and it already stopped. for several days ive only had very very light pinkish spotting, which i kinda assumed was just my body clearing out blood that was already in there, but this was like proper red Blood. is it normal for bleeding to come and go like this?
for context i have maybe been doing a bit more than i should while recovering, but im not in any pain and haven't been since like day five. it mainly worries me because i had a particularly active day yesterday and the last thing i did before bed was sex (not penetrative) and i do remember being particularly uh.. Tense. during. i dont think its enough blood to be a cuff tear based on what other people say? but im worried i might have fucked something up
