does anyone else get things like this on their grafts? i get spots almost like blackheads but different. they reappear again it’s not a one-off, but only on some of my grafts while others never have any at all. and some of them form like a piercing through the graft skin, with two holes so when i remove them i’ve got what i call ‘skin viaducts’. some really really tiny, but others like the first photo from today, i can stick a pen nib through. it’s not that the skin’s opened up again, they’re closed up still afaik. does anyone know what it is?

edit: i googled the definition of a viaduct lol and i guess i mean ‘skin bridges’ but still
