What is the best investment: buying a 1 or 2 bedroom apartment when you intend to rent it out
Looking to buy an apartment in the centre of Antwerp, I will first live in it myself a few years and then rent it out. Which type of apartment is the best option to choose purely from an investment standpoint, if you want to rent it out, would a 1 bedroom or 2 bedroom be a smarter investment?
