Andersen Quartz charger installed on Monday. I’ve just had a thorough look at it today and noticed that although the cable is fed through the wall and in to the charger, the hole is visible from underneath. I’ve never seen another one of these chargers up close so don’t know if this is normal or not.

Also, the front plate on the charger seems to be a bit loose no matter what I do with the grub screw. Again, is this normal?
