Follow up: 3 weeks post rhinoplasty + philtrum reduction.

First pic is before with makeup on.
Others are 3 weeks post primary rhinoplasty + philtrum reduction.

The stiffness is getting better but my philtrum scar still feels numb and I can’t laugh properly.

I still can’t laugh properly it feels very tight and uncomfortable. But no pain whatsoever.

When will my nose and philtrum feel normal again? What was your experience?

This is a sponsored review but honest feelings: If anyone wants a super detailed review of the pre op lemme know. I feel like no one is talking about what happens in the OR. For someone like me who has never gotten anaesthesia this info would’ve been helpful.

BE NICE PLS!

I have asked for a natural look so that my hump is only slightly shaved. No silicon. The doc used the cartilage in my nose! He was super nice and answered all the questions I had and also listened to my wishes! Because first he suggested to put a silicone bridge to make my nose straight but I told him I wanted to still have my hump.
And for my philtrum he also recommended to only take 1-2mm after carefully measuring my philtrum:chin ratio.

Day 2 I already got the cottons taken out. Wasn’t painful at all. 0/10 The prep for the OR was much worse.
Day 7 I got the cast and stitches removed! It was a little uncomfortable but not painful. Maybe 3/10.

Overall I’m recovering well. Can’t move my mouth that much because everything feels stiff. I wanna laugh so bad but it’s so uncomfy.
I hope that the tip goes down because I feel it’s overprotected ㅠㅠ

If you have any questions feel free to ask me!
