Total noob - decent tripod for filming cooking videos in my own kitchen?

Total noob - decent tripod for filming cooking videos in my own kitchen?

I want to make some videos about cooking on a budget, similar to this: https://youtu.be/3KaEFM3fM_8?si=-HYx1hNfsIc6KWCp

I'd like to include shots of grocery hauls, shots of me chopping ingredients, combining them, cooking them (mostly on stovetop or in a slow cooker/Instant Pot), and shots of the completed dish.

I've quickly realized that holding my phone while cooking would be *really* impractical, so I'm guessing a tripod would make it much easier to film what I need? I would just be filming with my smartphone (a Google Pixel 7) to start.

I'm located in the US. My budget would be $150, but I'd prefer to stay under $100 if possible.

What type of tripod would work for this? I found this one on Amazon under $100, would it fit what I'm looking for? https://www.amazon.com/NEEWER-Horizontal-Compatible-Recording-TP66/dp/B0FJXHS1C7
