Just bought a brother hl-3280cdw and I want to get a pack of toner since it only comes with a sample set. Genuine toner is too damn expensive. Haven't set up my printer yet. Anyone here owns a brother or the same model and use 3rd party toner?

Anyone have any luck with 3rd party alternatives? I just bought a HL-3280CDW and haven't even turning it on yet. Is the OEM XL worth the $400 price tag?

I don't have many print projects planned at this time, just gathering notes.
