3 new cars I'm currently considering....

1. 2027 Kia Telluride LX $40k ($2k off)

2. 2026 Hyundai Palisade SE $37k ($4k off)

3. 2026 Subura Outback Premium $32k ($7k off)

I've fallen in love with the 2026 Hyundai Palisade's radical new design so looking to purchase it as my next SUV. Currently I can buy the cheapest new SE for $37k which is $4k discount but still too expensive for me, really would like to pay in the $20s. So when can I get that price considering Hyundai's terrible resale value. Is it possible if I wait til 2027?

I'm planning to buy a plot of land and building a tiny home on it. Who sells the cheapest tiny house and do they do all the permits and stuff? I'm looking to spend no more than $50,000.
