I’m on day 2 of 40mg Vyvanse and I’m having a really odd physical feeling that I wasn’t expecting. I just jumped up from 20mg to 40mg yesterday, so not sure if that’s part of it.

I take it every morning before 9…today I took it around 7:30am. About an hour or so after taking it, I get this strong urge to stretch my hips and legs…like I need to pull my knees to my chest or constantly adjust.

It’s not exactly painful, just super uncomfortable…like I’m wired in my lower body but don’t know what to do with the energy. Almost like restless legs but more in my hips too.

I’m also feeling kinda nauseous and a bit anxious on top of it, which isn’t the best combo. 😵‍💫

Has anyone else experienced this when increasing their dose? Did it go away after a few days or did you have to adjust something (dose, food, timing, etc.)?

Just trying to figure out if this is normal or if I should be concerned 😅
