Can you do a handstand?
Just curious if anyone with hand ET can do a free standing handstand? I've been trying for a few years at yoga. I think it might be my ET causing an extra challenge ;) but I wanted to hear from my ET people. I described it the other day like a normal person trying to do a handstand on a moving floor - it's doable but it takes a lot more practice. I can do a supported handstand with my feet up on a wall. Are handstands not in the card for us?
