Fishbowl Wives, I came across this one just recently as I was scrolling through Netflix.

I’m new to the Jdrama series and I’m looking forward to watching more. For me, I enjoyed the story behind each character as well as how they all referenced to living in the same building. The friends that you have, and do you know your friends that well.

The story ends, and I was left a bit unsatisfied. Don’t get me wrong, I completely understand why she decided to leave her new love. I was happy that she actually started her own business and was happy to live her life the way she wanted. I’m a huge sucker for characters that help others succeed in life without hidden agendas. Haruto, despite his background of money and power, he is such a kind, warm hearted caring guy. I would’ve loved to seen her open her own salon, him continue his business and they still be together like most adults do.

The story ends with fast forwarding to two years later. So the fireworks is every year. Did they not go to the fireworks the previous year? I would’ve loved for the ending with just fast forwarding several months later and they both go to the fireworks separately.

All in all I enjoyed this series, but wanted more for both of them together. I guess at one point I yelled at the screen when she was ready to leave him.

But that was me wanting a happy ending for them together
