I have experience as a CRC 4 but been unemployed so long I can take most any bad stuff or red flags... Just need to be prepared.

I was referred to icon by a friend and finally got a virtual interview. However, I haven't heard anything from icon at all. It's been about three weeks. Workday still has my status as assessment. Is this normal? Should I keep my hopes up?
