I feel like summer is the most appropriate character to be killed off. Rick has already lost his beth, diane and his previous morty (assuming he had one as he cried for a baby morty while his brain was being scanned back in season 1). Jerry is too funny to be killed, not to mention Rick gives the least shit about him. And assuming Rick and Morty will live atleast till the end of the series, killing off summer would be the quite heartbreaking for the smith family and the audience. And as we’ve all heard this next season is gonna have a heavy emotional toll. So maybe Summer dies due Rick’s incompetence or recklessness. And that gives Rick a reality check and he accepts that he does actually give a shit about his family and than he would do anything to save the remaining ones. (Ik he already realised it, but there can be always more acceptance, lmao)

Or maybe Kyle was a previous summer ? idk, Kyle being a totally new character or just a morty or Beth would be a little less surprising. So if Kyle does turn out to be summer, Rick would actually lose his shit losing another summer. And we have already seen this happen for Beth and Diane. So summer is my top choice that might die.

P.S. I wanna be delusional and stay happy thinking that everyone lives till the of the series. But it feels too good to be true.

When Rick prime saw infinity (meaning infinite dimensions throughout the multiverse), he was like omfg this shit is crazxyyy, and he left his family behind thinking nothing matter and was just vagabonding and enjoying life.

Until he met our Rick who passed on the portal technology, than he saw a version of himself making a choice of choosing family over infinity, with much more composure, seeing that spiralled him, he was jealous in someway and more importantly he had a doubt about his actions. So he kills Diane all across infinity to prove that every Rick will eventually be like him.

And when our Rick, in search for Rick prime, started a killing spree without a second thought with the mindset of nothing matters anyway he just want revenge, that proved that our Rick choose hate for enemies instead of finding something to love for and choosing peace and in a way end up like him, i.e. nihilistic and detached from anything loving/hopefull. That’s what he meant when he said he was right when our Rick was beating the shit out of him.

So basically what Rick prime cared about the most was being right about his nihilistic decisions, So he wanted to see just 2 similar outcomes about other Ricks too who, Either choose portal travel, saw infinity and went crazy like him and others who didn’t left their family despite having portal travel, they were sent on the path of revenge driven by nihilistic attitude, and not finding peace. Both of which justify his actions and gives him a sense of contentment or approval of his actions.

And that’s some buried insecurity of him. He could not bear to see any other Rick being happy with their family and choosing them instead of fucking around infinity. His opinion was nothing matters including family and that was shattered when our Rick said that he’s a different kind of Rick.

In the end of the same episode we see a version of slow mobius wife who similarly to Rick, went on a mission for vengeance, but in contrast with our Rick we see her choosing someone to love and start a family. And sadly none of the Ricks ended up like her, because some went crazy seeing infinity and others were forced into a revenge arc. And that’s what makes him a great villain, he just fucked up everyone around infinity just to prove he’s right.

But behind all the mask of being a ultimate nihilistic self proclaimed god, he was just a insecure sissy, because he couldn’t just believe in his decision, he wanted a approval indirectly to justify his choices and philosophy and only than he could be at peace. He relied on other Ricks to see what they would do and when they did as he would, he got satisfaction and that makes him a little wuss. I mean if you’re a god why do you care enough to get triggered by contrasting opinion of some peasant. It’s not just ego but also insecurity and fear of being wrong. Although he was infact very powerful. Lmao.

Well something I thought long time back, but posting it just now: when Flora offers guts a magical axe, I was sooo super excited but guts was like meh I already have a sword and I was like well ok fine Ig. An axe would have been crazy for a change but DS is the coolest sword in all of fiction, so all cool, doesn't matter.

But than in the next frame we see a zoomed in view of guts’s sword, which had many tiny spiritual elements stuck to it similar to other magic weapons. So I always thought since the power system is spiritual magnetism, what if either guts sword had power with spiritual energy all along or maybe guts cutting through multiple apostles would have charged his sword with spiritual elements. So for years now I have been waiting for guts to realise that his sword have similar magical influence, just like that sword given to Serpico. And than use that to full potential.

And now since now he is with Kushans. If someone like the daiba guided him to use this all power, maybe he could uses his magical dragon slayer releasing enormous damage/energy/hit/waves/blasts or maybe something like getsuga tensho but like ofcourse realistically adjusted to berserk, that would be the coolest upgrade ever. And using that with berserker armor. I guess that would be near Godhands level because at the end of the day, what matters is who has more spiritual influence/energy in the attacks.

I do want something like this to happen because we keep seeing guts and his relationship with his sword. It's always have been like: you're the only thing I had.
Guts have always had his sword by his side. I do want him to get a hope by his sword. And we do know when dragon slayer just went straight through Griffith, doing nothing, it was heart-wrenching, but if guts use it's metaphysical nature and than I guess we could infact lend a hit on Griffith.
Also since he have been fighting with his sword his whole life, Ig it would make sense to use that only in his final conflict with Griffith.
