Completed vanilla playthrough. What now?

Riced the sh*t out of these and finished my first playthrough.

How do I earn more "bank"? (since there's no more events on the map)

Cars and the garage on some posts here look very different from the vanilla game. What mods/textures/shaders (idk what to call them) do they use? Where to find them?

Do ppl play ts online? Any guides on setting that up?
