Farm or beach property?
Im in my 30’s and Im planning to switch industries from construction to a more relaxed business. My options are farm resort with an organic restaurant and supply organic meats (pork and goat) for my monthly expenses and profitable harvests naman for expansion or extra profit (mangoes and/or coconut).
2nd option is build Airbnb or hostel on tourist spots like siargao, la union, zambales etc..
My disposable capital is around 20-30M and I have a 2 year buffer fund for my monthly expenses while I do the transition.
What are your thoughts?
Edit: I also want to explore investing on stocks but I have zero knowledge on this. My monthly expenses ranges 300-400k per month. I don’t know if my money would be enough to cover my expenses and defeat inflation. Please enlighten me.
