Change my mind: GTA IV has better driving physics than ANY other game

After replaying GTA IV on PS3 and finishing the story, I booted up Assetto Corsa Evo on my modern pc with ultrawide monitors and sat down on my expensive sim-racing setup. I was astonished at how much of a downgrade modern "realistic" "simulator" racing compares to the genius of GTA IV's driving physics.

GTA IV understood something that modern racing "sims" forgot: the car should feel really heavy (they weigh tons in some instances) and should understeer like crazy (because that's what happens irl). The fact that real racecar drivers use these inferior racing "sims" with GT3 cars to practice in the off-season rather than GTA IV + the Sultan RS you find behind that one mansion leaves me at a loss for words.

It's not even debatable at this point.
