After waiting almost a year, I finally have a HLR scheduled next week. This appeal has been ongoing. An actual VBA person recommended I do a hearing instead of a regular written appeal so that I can be heard and get all of my thoughts out. I am nervous, yet excited to have this opportunity.

Have any of you gone through a virtual hearing before. The email they sent had a link but it was static. I hope they plan to send me an actual live link so that I can attend. Did you guys see any positive results through a virtual hearing? Was it you just talking and them listening? TIA for any advice or suggestions
