This is less than an 1/8 of an inch at its longest.

I am 38 years old, male, 210 pounds, 5’10. No medications or current health issues.

Last night, I noticed a red spot on my lower leg, started playing with it, then I went to pop it like a pimple and this guy popped out.

At first I thought it was a tick, but it has no legs or features and it never showed any signs of life.
