Ive always logged everything cooked, should i switch to raw or just stay consistent with cooked?
I know that if you are consistent either way then it doesnt really matter, but i also know that raw is typically better. Thanks!

I am currently about 1 year post op from a spinal fusion. I am fully cleared and getting fully back into the gym. My issue is that for the past month I have been lifting much more than I should due to my injury, I jumped back in too quick. I started to deviate from the weight MFW is suggesting and doing much lighter. Will the app adjust for this? Or should I delete my workout data? Thank you!
I had a fusion a little over a year ago at my L5-S1. I was 18 at the time and it was a football lifting injury. I’m fully cleared and was given the green light for everything. I’m just having some issues getting back the confidence and getting over lifting “scared” that something bad will happen. Thanks!
I really like it, but I purchased the beginning one and I feel i am missing the intensity of the intermediate/advanced one. Would it be worth dropping another $50 on that or should i just manually take the last set of each exercise to failure of the one I’m running?
