My max is 700 (what I've been paying as a roommate in palms for the past five years) and I'm open to either my own studio or a roommate. I work night shifts at a dog daycare so I'm either sleeping during the day or going to play dungeons and dragons at a friend's place. On my nights off at home I use my ear buds so I don't disturb anyone while I watch movies or play video games.
