This was the opening goal in a 5-0 win, giving Barrie the series win after coming back from down 3-1. They will now face the Kitchener Rangers, with Isles prospect Luca Romano, in the OHL finals, with the winner earning a spot in the Memorial Cup.
Penticton would go on to lose this game 4-2, being swept in the WHL Western Conference Finals. Kvasnicka finishes his season with 35-49-84 in 65 regular season games, and 8-7-15 in 15 playoff games. He heads to the University of Minnesota next season.
