Minimal space - maximal use
Long time lurker, first time poster, thanks for the inspiration from everybody’s posts! Only have this space to build my gym, a single car garage. Tried to make it as functional as possible with just free weights and kettlebells with some cardio machines. It’s not much, but does the job in saving my old arse going to a commercial gym, which is the point!!
