VHF Signal identification

I live in The Netherlands. I have looked on Sigidwiki, but to no avail. The presence of what seems like a carrier leads me to believe this is not RFI. Possibly LSB?

I built an app that tracks the METEOR satellites

Hello everyone,

Being thoroughly annoyed by the outdated and confusing user interfaces of N2YO and Gpredict, i decided to build my own app, for now confined to METEOR M2-3 and METEOR M2-4 with a more intuitive UI and user experience.

The app includes a sidebar. In the sidebar you can configure your location, altitude, timezone, elevation threshold for the passes in degrees and the amount of days you want to predict. You can also show or hide night passes. If you click on the magnifying glass next to one of the schedule lines and you scroll down you will see a plot of the satellite coming through your sky and the path of the satellite over your location. If you scroll down further you will see the minute-by-minute tracking window, which enables more precise tracking.

You can check out the app here (no downloads needed)! https://meteormalert.streamlit.app/

I'd love to hear your feedback and/or suggestions :-)

METEOR M2-3 and M2-4 together :)

Tried an 18 degree pass above horizon pass just now, which i often get lucky with. I was astonished with how well this pass was going with a baseband recording totaling more than 5 GB (3-4 is great at about 5000 lines). The decoder began behaving weirdly near the middle of the pass, and having decoded the image i now know why! I got both active METEOR satellites at the same time!

18 degree above horizon pass @ ~E
RTL-SDR V-dipole ~2.5m in the air running into the V4 raw (no LNA, with FM-bandstop)
Max SNR = 13.8 dB @ 40.2 dB gain
Satdump's recorder and live decoder used. Here comes the important part: I used the live decoder in the recorder tab with the .cs16 file I recorded as the source to squeeze more lines out of it because this makes sure the CPU/GPU is not strained.
Total lines: 7912 ;)
