50 Green St/The Concorde current condition? (bed bugs?)

My roommate and I are looking at apartments for the fall and 50 Green St/The Concorde popped up. We like the look of the unit, but then of course we went down a rabbit hole and found out about the bed bug apocalypse of summer 2025 😭

Does anyone live there now / lived there recently / know what the current status is? Has that been dealt with or is it still an issue?
