X2D aux nozzle calibrated

X2D aux nozzle calibrated

Wanted to see how good a manually calibrated aux nozzle print would look.

Bambu Lab Matte PLA Charcoal and Scarlet Red.

Motion calibrated with vision plate.

Manual flowrate calibration

Manual volumetric calibration

Custom print profile with saved calibration

Still some work to do with wipe and retraction length, see left side, and this is a test print at .20mm. I'm please with the progress so far.

No post processing just yet, more testing first.

Finally got the filament switch delivered. Install was easy but follow the wiki. First print took advantage of the switch. Testing with the included multicolored panda and I had the colors in the wrong AMS for what was suggested. It just switched the AMS HT to the left nozzle and off it went.

It did fail to pass the switch the first couple attempts. The A path small PTFE tube between the switch and the buffer wasn't quite aligned (i pinched it when I cut the tube).
