Have had this place bookmarked for a while and finally made it out yesterday. Slam dunk, new favorite burger in town. I’ll put this in the “street” category. I see all food establishments like “street” or “pretense”. Pretense being the type that adds 3 adjectives to every ingredient for no other purpose than to overcharge influencer wannabe’s. Any place or proprietor who can narrow their view to do one thing, and do it perfectly are my people. I see an inverse relationship between number of items on a menu and quality or craftsmanship. A$10 burger hits squarely in that “street” category along with “street” tacos and such. This team are the unconditional MASTERS of Maillard. If you are unsure what that is, I’m afraid you haven’t had a great burger yet. The lace on that burger, I’m thinking about a day later.
