I’ve sent knives to Victorinox for repair on multiple occasions, and I’ve always been impressed and grateful for the service. However, I have never sent in an old Wenger, manufactured before they acquired the company. Will they take the same care and go to the lengths that they do for old Vic’s? I have a few Wengers with toothpicks and tweezers, busted and stuck in the scales. Replacement scales are difficult to find, and I’m not sure if they are as easily changed as Vic’s scales. Does anyone have any experience with sending in a Wenger for repair?
