It took me 3 months to go from 1400 to 1500 in rapid 10+0 on chesscom. For about a month now, I’ve been hovering around 1500, I hit 1580 within a week of crossing 1500, then dropped to 1470, and now I’m back at 1520. For those rated 1600+, what did you do to get there from 1500, and how long (or how many games) did it take? One pattern I’ve noticed is that it takes me roughly 200–300 rapid games to gain 100 Elo.
